Meet Bree
Bree Ladd wears many hats in her current roles in real estate and property management. With twenty years in the dental field, including a stint specializing in oral surgery, she's got an eye for detail and a knack for putting clients at ease.
Years ago, Bree dipped her toes into the world of real estate, and she found her niche! As a licensed realtor and property manager, she's all about playing matchmaker between folks and their dream homes. She gets a kick out of guiding clients through the ins and outs of buying and selling property, making sure they're in the know every step of the way.
When she's not crunching numbers or showing houses, you can find Bree hitting the road for a new adventure, whipping up something delicious in the kitchen, or soaking up the great outdoors with her family and furry friends. She's also a sucker for historic architecture and loves nothing more than geeking out over old homes.
Community spirit runs deep in Bree's veins, and she's always eager to lend a helping hand wherever she can. Married with two daughters and a couple of pups, she's firmly planted her roots in Excelsior Springs, Missouri, though her heart still wanders back to her Iowa roots now and then. But hey, home is where the heart is, and for Bree, that's right where she is, making a difference and loving every minute of it.
